After reading the positive feedback for Templar on HomeStars, I contacted them to do an asbestos analysis prior to starting home renos. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later (they could have come the next day but that didn’t work with my schedule). David was very professional and incredibly informative. He answered all of our questions and concerns and promised a quick turnaround time for the lab results. We got the results back the very next day and also a quote from Robert for the removal of the asbestos they found (very reasonably priced).

A few days later, I realized that the ceiling wasn’t tested for asbestos (originally, we didn’t think the ceiling would be affected by our reno but alas, the project took a turn and ceiling was going to be part of it). I called David and he knew I was particularly worried (am 6 months pregnant), so came back the very next day to take more samples and we got the results back the following day, without any additional cost to us!

To say that I am impressed by the exceptional quality customer service of this company is putting it mildly! Templar has provided my family with peace of mind before undergoing major renovations. Thank you so much!!
