We had what can only be described as a perfect experience with Templar. Over a holiday weekend, we discovered that animals had found their way in between our siding leaving a suspicious looking material near the entry point. Fearing that it contained asbestos, we called Robert at Templar who, much to our surprise, answered the phone and scheduled a visit despite the holiday.
Fortunately, no asbestos was found in our sample but had the test results come back positive, we would have hired Templar on the spot based on Robert's calm demeanor, great communication and willingness to help us outside of normal working hours.
