Your service technician Edgar was out this summer to do maintenance on our furnace and fireplaces. Our family room fireplace had been giving us trouble for years, with gas smells and loud bangs about 30 minutes after turning it off. All previous techs had said it was not fixable and they would fiddle with it for a few minutes and then shrug and say we needed a new fireplace. Edgar looked at it, found it was leaking gas badly (hence the gas smell that we were even noticing upstairs) and he ordered parts and came back and FIXED IT!
It now runs perfectly with no more loud bangs once it is turned off and no more gas smells. After living with this issue for at least 15 years , we are beyond pleased that it is finally fixed.

We just felt that we should acknowledge the superb work done by your employee. I know it was a hard job for him and we are so grateful that he tackled the job ?

It was the worst of times. My husband was very ill and passed away in the middle of work being done. MEN DO NOT IGNORE YOUR PROSTATE. BC WIDE really stepped up and got the job done. Can't say enough about how good they were. Helpful about getting rebates available. Did a great job cleaning up. When my daughter and I had problems with the programmable thermostat my husband had installed and programmed BC wide changed it to a regular one GRATIS. I like to keep things simple. They also brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers, so thoughtful.

We have been using the BC wide furnace cleaning service for more than 10 years. They clean our fireplace as well as the natural gas furnace. Also, they clean the furnace duct pipes and I
always do a very good job and are very friendly.

BC Wide Home services have been looking after my furnace and hot water tank for the last ten years
with regular maintenance and service whenever it was needed, I have recently had a water less hot water tank
installed. The work was done with care,the workmen were pleasant and courteous to work with, They let
me know what they were doing,and explained how things worked. The cost was reasonable and I would
definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I have used BC Wide Home Services twice and both times they were very professional and performed the job well. Joe did a great job fixing the furnace and changed all the controllers in the house.
