Dan did a great job. He was on time, meticulous, and very thorough. He took the time to go through every space possible in the home and found areas of concern that I would not have. He is friendly, open to questions, and is well versed in home construction. I would highly recommend him for a home inspection. His cost was competitive and his final report is very detailed.

He showed up on time and was very professional. His reports were exceptionally detailed 30 pages or more with pictures and highlighted reviews of what is needed to be addressed immediately. I would highly recommend him and we have used him twice. He was the reason we ended up purchasing our home!
