IVL contracting LTD

Only did about half of the 2800 sq ft exterior siding because I fired them.
Poor workmanship and no customer care. It does not even pass code because the flashing is letting water into the building envelope rather than letting it out and they used a non-pressure treated backer board (like cardboard) where no backerboard was even necessary, around the windows. The kicker is that they used drywall screws and interior finishing nails and screws to put up the exterior 4'x10' concrete panels and battens for our board and batten siding. The screws would rott and deteriorate in a few years and they certainly wouldn't care. Oh and they even put a dent in my brand new standing seam roof.

They came in on time and kept you up to date and explained things very thoroughly. They had extremely friendly workers and kept a nice and tidy site! He reminded me of Mike Holmes because he ensured the job to be completely right the first time. I would definitely recommend them!
