Now that I live on the North Shore I wanted to find someone local to clean my furniture. From the initial contact and right until the end I felt like an important customer. Our couch had been soiled by our neurotic cat and I was sure there was no hope. I was never told they could guarantee eliminating the old odour but I would say they did an amazing job. He came out at no additional charge the next day to assess it and even gave it an extra spot cleaning. Needed cleaning on carpets that had quite a bit of stains. I wasn't quite so sure they could get most of it out let alone all of it, but much to my surprise they did! Highly recommend!

I needed my carpet cleaned because the previous tenants had some ugly stains on the carpet so i called the guys at smithwerks on short notice and they were able to accommodate us into their schedule. The quality of work was pretty good and the stains were taken out without any problems to the carpet.
