Purchased solar system to heat my swimming pool in May 2009. The system would shut down constantly and company service people were unable to correct this. Numerous phone calls were made to the Gen. Mgr.(for a five month period) who never once responded until I called his girl friend's cel phone and she put him on the line. The repair took about 20 minutes to correct after he agreed to inspect the job site.
