Papa Plumbing

We discovered a wet spot on the inside of our foundation after we had removed our flooring. Papa came to evaluate the damage and cost of work, gave us a verbal quote and left it with us to decide if we wanted to go with them. We did go with them, but he re-evaluated the work required and it came to a few hundred dollars more. He honored his original quote though. The next day his crew showed up early and stayed the whole day to finish the job. They had to dig up a flower bed along with the wooden ties and they tried to replace everything as it was before. Unfortunately they are not landscapers so I had to redo the garden, but that's a small issue. They were professional and answered all my questions. They kept me in the loop when they discovered issues with the foundation and drainage. I would recommend them.

the plumber came in shortly after I reported the incident to my insurance company. I called at 7am and they sent the guy to my house at 830am I was really impressed how fast he was able to show up. The plumber had to repair our main shut-off first, because it wasn't working, he could not get the valve to turn. So he replaced it with a new valve, and he had to shut off the main at city side, which cost a bit more I believe. The guy then replaced the broken pipe, and replaced the non-working main shut-off with a new one. The entire process took almost 3 hrs. Luckily my insurance company paid the entire bill. Overall I was quite satisfied with Papa Plumbing's speedy service, I'd recommend them to anyone for sure.

We had pipe burst last year and called Papa Plumbing right after we noticed the burst. They were able to find the location of the pipe burst and fix it quickly. The services were good except we had to wait for a while before they came. However we wouldn't blame them as it happened in late evening and we appreciated they were willing to come out and help at night.

Papa Plumbing did the the plumbing and floor heating for the whole house (6000 SF) I built 2 years ago. They always get the work done on time and are always around whenever we need them. We are so lucky to know papa plumbing.

I had a water leak with water running over my front lawn. The company sent a service advisor with two helpers and they started the job right away digging a new, deep drench removing several big bolders. Very profesional they did the installing and repaired the damage to the lawn. Impressive how fast they were finished with the job the same day.

i used this company and found that they were good but somewhat expensive. we have an outstretched price negotiation. they finally came around and we settled on a good price and afterward they provided good service and we were very happy. i would recommend this company to others looking for a qualified plumbers.
