I have engaged Perfect Touch Interiors to repaint my townhouse on urgent basis. Lucas was on location the same evening and the service was completed within 24 hours. I was exceptionally pleased with the prompt response to my needs and the fantastic quality of the job. I have and will definitely continue to recommend his services to anyone I know. We’ve worked with Lucas and his crew from Perfect Touch Interiors on two properties. The first was a house we were getting ready to sell. Lucas completed the job with skill and record-setting speed. It looked fresh, clean and showed incredibly well – and sold in less than a week! The second house we had the entire interior and front porch re-painted. Again, Perfect Touch did a lovely job, including revitalizing a dismal grey basement into a cozy, welcoming family room. Perfect Touch will be my first call for our next paint job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucas for a second.

We responded to an ad for PTI and within 24hrs Lucas arrived to look at our condo. We wanted to have painting done on some walls and wallpaper on other areas. We pre-selected all materials and Lucas even hooked us up with a supply store that gave us a discount. The painting was completed very quickly and all with perfect straight lines. The only mis-step was that one of the wallpapers shipped full of defects. This was not his fault but Lucas took it very seriously anyway and helped to resolve quickly what would have been a real grind for us to deal with. In the end, he even helped secure us a credit for future paper purchases as compensation. We really felt he had our best interest in mind all the way. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if we needed painting or wallpaper in the future.

Lucas from PTI was a total professional from the minute he walked through our door. His attention to detail was exceptional and he provides exactly what you ask for. Everyone on his crew were friendly and approachable and if you had any questions Lucas would personally take the time to walk you through his entire approach and outline options and benefits. A real pleasure, and I would recommend Lucas and PTI to anyone in need of truly professional painting.

I have done a lot of painting in my time, and I know how difficult and time consuming it can be. It's only recently that I have begun to hire painters to do the job for me. (Hey, I'm getting too old for this sh!t). Well, I have to say that using Lucas and his company Perfect Touch Interiors was an experience beyond compare. Not only was the job done in less time than originally quoted, it was flawless. Everything went off without a hitch. We gave our key to Lucas the day before the job was to start and met him at the site after completion for a walkthrough. He stands behind his work and he is clearly proud of it - who wouldn't be? And the cleanup was so thorough you'd never know a team of painters was there. (Aside from the incredible paint job of course.) Needless to say, Sally and I are absolutely thrilled with the results.

What a refreshing change to have Lucas come and take care of our bathroom wall after we had issues with a different contractor who left my bathroom looking awful!

It was great to do business with a professional outfit. Lucas came to our house, made notes and followed up with a written quote, including documentation of his credentials and insurance. He made two trips to deliver paint samples for us to try, including implements to apply it. Despite a few surprises, he stuck to the original price, e.g., having to remove wallpaper that had been there for over 20 years with steam rather than water. Lucas and his crew took great care with our furniture and carpet, and left our space as clean as they found it when they were finished. Lucas communicated with us daily, telling us exactly what progress they were making and worked with us to accommodate our requirements for access over a week-end. We definitely will ask Lucas to do work for us in the future and highly recommend his company.

I have a spacious loft with long walls and high ceilings, and upon moving in, I was at a little bit of a loss; how am I going to paint this place?

Lucas was refered to me by a close friend. He was easy to reach, and came in to my loft with suggestions, quotes and a flexible schedule.

He made it easy to decide on colour, his prices were competitive and his trim lines are as straight as an arrow.
