Excellent service! From the initial booking where Neha took the time to answer my detailed questions to the actual service, I was pleased. Enchanted came and removed a nest from my gas cap chimney and serviced/cleaned my fireplace.
Mike and his teammate came on time, worked efficiently, left my place spotless, and followed the social distancing rules. He also answered my many questions patiently. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The chimneysweep who attended was excellent, made helpful hardware recommendations, and was genuinely interested in ensuring I fully understood the service and how to optimize my fireplace use. He was also very honest about services that I did not need.

He left my rooms spotless and was very careful, on account of covid, about ppe and limiting his contact.

After another company didn't show for a scheduled appointment I called Enchanted. From start to finish the experience could not have been better. Knowledgeble, pleasant and professional business who showed up on time and as promised not one bit of mess. The technician made recommendations for a rain cap without trying to upsell me. I put off having the chimney inspected and recapped (I had it in mind to call in the spring). Unfortunately my tardiness resulted in a squirrel becoming trapped in the fireplace. Tom came out (right on the date and time we had arranged) and was able to humanely trap and release our unwanted guest and put a permanent cap on the chimney. I highly recommend this company. They do a super job and don't try to upsell you.

I had never owned a house with a wood stove so this was a new experience for me. Tom had visited our house and he was so professional and knowledgeable. He encouraged me to ask questions and really helped familiarize me with the workings of this particular wood stove. He left the house cleaner than it was when he came. It felt like I had known Tom for many years. Enchanted Chimney Sweeps came highly recommended and now I know why. I would highly recommend them. The guys arrived well before the appointment. Good education on some facts that I would not have known otherwise. In and out in 30 minutes like they said. And not one speck of ash anywhere to be found on the floor! Great work and great company!
