After another company didn't show for a scheduled appointment I called Enchanted. From start to finish the experience could not have been better. Knowledgeble, pleasant and professional business who showed up on time and as promised not one bit of mess. The technician made recommendations for a rain cap without trying to upsell me. Extremely pleased with the service from Enchanted and I will definitely use again and recommend them to others.
