Tribute Communities

In June of 2020, my wife and I purchased a home to be built by Tribute Communities in the Stonemanor Woods development in Springwater, Ontario. We got possession of our new home in October 2021 and we have absolutely no reservations giving Tribute a 5-star rating. From start to finish, Tribute has exceeded our expectations in so many ways.

Our initial visits to the sales office gave a great first impression thanks to Bev and Julie who provided a warm welcome and a patient approach to our many visits and barrage of questions.

Our decor consultant Stacey was down-to-earth and helpful on so many levels. She was a truly resourceful professional who helped turn the vision of our dream home into a reality. Thanks to Stacey, the finished product is just as incredible as we had dreamed of!

During the construction phase our site supervisor Luca bent over backwards for us on so many occasions taking care of any and all questions and concerns we had throughout the construction process. He was always eager to assist in any way possible and took the initiative to ensure our needs were met, and always with a big smile!

Warren, our Customer Care Manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
Warren conducted our framewalk and PDI and shared with us in painstaking detail any and all deficiencies which were promptly remedied before we took possession. Warren has been there at our every beck and call and he has made the move-in process as smooth as can be. We can't thank Warren enough.

Having the right people making up this team has just made the entire experience an absolute pleasure.

We had a home inspection completed within the first 30 days of possession and our inspector told us he had a very hard time finding deficiencies to include in his report, which is extremely rare for him. He assured us we had a very well-built home.

This was not our first new-build home purchase and I can attest to the fact that Tribute knows how to do things right.  Not only are they keen to build a beautiful, high quality home to your satisfaction, but the treatment of their customers throughout the whole process is second to none. I would wholeheartedly recommend purchasing a home built by Tribute Communities.
