Our experience with Bosco was BRUTAL!!! Our old dishwasher broke, so I ordered a new one. My tenant called a few companies that quoted around $120-$150 to install the new dishwasher, however none showed up for their appts. My tenant then contacted Bosco, who quoted approx. $300 for the install. While this was more than the others, I just wanted the frustration to end for my tenant and I approved it. When they showed at my tenants place, Bosco changed the estimate to $600!!!!!! Unfortunately my tenant approved it and Bosco took full advantage of the situation. I called Bosco the following day and pleaded my case, but they refused to adjust the invoice at all. I could not believe it - I paid $400 for a new dishwasher and then $600 to install it. Terrible business practice...I will never recommend Bosco.

" After further reviewing your situation on file we noticed the call was booked & paid by your tenant. It is unfortunate that we could not deal with you (landlord) directly, we simply followed the instructions of the tenant that was in charge. We do not get involved with Landlord & tenant disputes."
