All of our furniture arrived undamaged, but the move took ALL DAY. The hourly rate was low, but the move was very inefficient. One of our "movers" smoked more than he moved. Moving a small 2-bedroom apartment took 7+ hours, and we had already packed.
The guys were nice, but the process was long and too expensive. Next time we will pay a slightly higher hourly rate to get a more motivated crew.
