I called a few plumbers and Mark was the first one to call me back. He gave me some ideas over the phone of what to try first and also educated me that Drano was bad for drains . He sent Seyed the next day. Seyed was amazing. He let me know what the problem is. Give me a couple options and was able to fix the problem that day. They are so good that Ive use them twice already. I highly recommend their services. Plus Seyed is really good with dogs. My dog was super curious while he was working.

I had a leaking kitchen sink and everything was fixed the same day I called. Seyed was very thorough when he explained what the issue was and outlined several options for the fix -- never once pressuring me into the more expensive replacement option. He even demonstrated at least five times how everything was fixed. I will definitely be calling again when I decide to replace the kitchen sink tailpieces and baskets -- or for any other plumbing needs for that matter.

Seyed was an absolute gentleman and professional. He was courteous and timely and did exact what he said he would do and more. I cant recommend them enough.

Very satisfied with Seyed's fixes and expertise. He replaced the toilet shut-off valve and tightened the sink faucet. He also adjusted a previously installed flapper and now flushes no longer sound like Niagara Falls! He offered advice about keeping an eye on some parts which are beginning to degrade - will certainly use this company when the time comes to replace them.
Only taking one point off because company did not call to let me know they would be taking much longer to show up.

Although appointment was delayed because of unforeseen circumstances, Mark, the handler, notified me with the delay and ETA. Seyed was apologetic but came prepared. Im really happy of Dr. Plumbing service. Seyed installed them professionally. He did very clean job and fixed my vanity faucet pressure for free. Definitely i will use them in future for my any plumbing issues.

Called Dr. Plumbing to help prep my kitchen to be
demolished. This involved the removal of the
dishwasher (which is going into the new kitchen).
The plumber was on time and professional. He even
helped put the dishwasher in the garage. Excellent
service. He also disconnected the plumbing under the
sink and even looked at the main shut off valve that I
had concerns about. I would definitely recommend
these guys.
