The job was done professionally and effectively. The installers took the time to go over what was done and answer any questions.
The beginning of the process was not as positive. Knowing it was a small job I expected to be less of a priority, however it took three weeks to confirm that someone was eventually coming to install the windows and that was only after I reached out to them. Once that was resolved, the rest of the process was very good. There was some miscommunication as the sales person said the windows could be capped on the outside and the installers said they could not, but a sales person not being fully aware of one issue that was specific to our windows wasn’t something that we felt was anyone’s fault.
Overall we are happy with the job that was done.
