Planit surpassed our expectations! They were professional, courteous and on time! Our site supervisor Frank Garland was amazing every step of the way! Our initial meeting with Mike blew us away after meeting with 4 other companies and he even had an onsite quote for us the same day we met! Every trade that came through was professional and made living through a reno no issue even with a home business. The builder trend app was amazing and helped us know what was going on week to week. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to build a garage and develop a basement. The craftsmanship is amazing from every trade. The only poor thing we could say about Planit was that even before completion the accounting department was harassing us for payment and lacked professionalism and patience. Some employees lacked politeness and phone manners even though we were more than cooperative even with delays with flooring and deficiencies in the end.
