We hired PlanIT Builders in February 2016 to develop our basement. The entire experience has been very positive. Our Site Coordinator, Dale, did a great job ensuring that the project was finished right on time (2 months from start to finish) and we appreciated his attention to detail. Everyone we interacted with from start to finish (sales, accounting, designer, interior decorator, trades) was friendly and professional. PlanIT Builders has a great process that allows them to be predictable and consistent in meeting commitments. We thought the pricing was very reasonable as well. As is to be expected, we had the occasional misunderstanding or issue along with way, but Dale always resolved any concerns we had promptly.
Overall, we would definitely recommend PlanIT Builders to anyone looking to have their basement developed. They met the schedule, the quality of the work was excellent, and the whole process was very easy.
