We recently had Nathanael and Mauricio of P&P completely re-build and existing family room addition in our home. The undertaking was fairly extensive, and in fact the only aspect of the original structure was the roof line itself.
I had concerns about the original structure as far as its integrity, as well as the heat loss that we were experiencing during the winter months. After meeting with other contractors, and then finically with Nathanael, we decided to sign a contract with P&P Renovations. The price in the contract was good, but also the possible contingency component was properly addressed. During the renovation, we were kept properly informed as to the development and various stages of re-construction, and never felt once that our project was nothing less than top priority to Nathanael and Mauricio. Certain aspects of the project were modified during the process as things develop, and were handled with ease for a seamless transition by their entire crew.
Part of P&P is also having the right sub contractors for the variety and scope of most projects, and they came through for us with siding and roofing, as well as electrical and insulation.
We would gladly recommend P&P Renovations again, and with more work for us in the future, Nathanael will be the first phone call!
