Natanael came by my house to quote on my bathroom the same day I contacted him. He arrived on time and then within a day was able to provide us with a detailed written quote. I think this is virtually unheard of in this industry.
The job was a complete gut job of the bathroom. We had a new toilet installed, but it was moved to the other side of the room. We also installed a new sink, tub, and had them build a closet where the toilet once stood. We obviously also re-tiled everything. The price I included in this review included all labour and many of the small items (piping, primer, baseboards, wiring, etc.,.) but did not include the fixtures, tile, or paint (perhaps another $3000 in the end).
The worked commenced and finished on time (approximately 10 working days) and was done with great care and skill. I couldn't be happier. He was very patient with us, even though we changed some of the final details several times.
I am digging down my basement in the next few months and will undoubtedly be calling on P&P when it comes time to finish it.
