Roof was in poor condition and needed to be replaced. Jake offered competitive pricing and professional service. He and his team worked extremely neatly with an impressive daily clean up to ensure no nails were left behind from the work.

Needed a new flat roof on our home. Osvath was referred to us by a neighbour who was very pleased with their work. Spoke to 2 other contractors before choosing Osvath. It was a big job as the roof hadn't been replaced in 100 years. Dealing with Jake (before, during and after the job) was a pleasure as he is very approachable, honest and knowledgeable. The work done by Jake and his crew was outstanding. They were very professional and take great pride in their workmanship. Jake and his crew were meticulous in every detail of the work from the more intricate flashing work (to mainain the aesthetic of an old home) to the mundane of ensuring that yard was spotless after each days work. Highly skilled, hardworking, on time, on budget - can't say enough good things about these guys.

I was super nervous to hire a roofer, but heard great things about Osvath Roofing form my neighbour. Sure enough, Jake was wonderful -- very professional, very informative, kept me updated, was honest and moved smoothly. His crew showed up, cleaned up, and we've had no trouble since. This roofing company has the most fantastic crew of craftsman working including the owner “Jake” himself. The detail in their work is outstanding!

Jake Osvath was recommended to me by a friend and when I called him he immediately scheduled for the next day. I told him what I wanted done and he went onto the roof, spend a considerable amount of time measuring and told me he’d email me a quote…
2 days later I had the quote in my mailbox. These guys are very busy their punctuality totally impressed me. In fact, I was so impressed with their work that I hired them to do a new shingle roof on my house as well and again they did a fantastic job.

So if you are in the market to have your roof renewed call these guys, you will not regret it!!

Jake did a professional job and advised me sincerely on the details. Showed up on time, cleaned up, no surprises. I know his sister and she warned me that he is expensive and it's true it wasn't cheap but I have tenants and I want the satisfaction that the job is perfect - I have that now.

We are very pleased with the professional service we got from Jake. We had gotten a couple of quotes for our roof before a colleague recommended Jake. After reviewing the quote with Jake we new immediately that we wanted to work with Jake since he explained things clearly and was very professional. We particularly liked that the shingle "samples" were not just 1 inch in size but that we could get a board showing the shingles. This was really important since we changed our preference once we saw the variety in the shingles we would be getting.

When they were working on our roof Jake and his team were very professional and thorough with their work. They updated us regularly on the progress and challenges they had encountered with our poorly maintained old roof. We have a very old house and roof and Jake was able to deal with many years of bad workmanship on the roof, solving many problems. Jake was also able to accommodate a last minute change to include solar tubes in our roof. His pricing was very reasonable and fair given the amount of work that had to be done.

We are very happy with our roof which has been put to the test in the past few months with bad storms. Jake was a pleasure to work with, very approachable, and willing to explain any questions we had about our roof.

The price was fair, the crew was very nice and were very good at keeping us up to speed on the progress of the work. They are a small business where the owner is very hands on, approachable and conscientious. Previous customers spoke highly of Osvath and we are also happy with the work.

When doing a whole home renovation, Jake and his team at Osvath were great to work with. They showed up on time, left the jobsite clean, and the work performed was top-notch. So much so that our general contractor was going to use them to re-roof his own house.
