Mona Home And Office Cleaning

This is at least the 5th home cleaning MONA has done for me. Every cleaning has been excellent and I keep forgetting to do a review. Rhonda, the most recent cleaner was excellent, just as all the others have been. MONA offers several cleaning options including a seniors discount. The cleaning has always been accomplished in a very professional manner. Thank-you MONA staff.

I found them on homestars and decided to book them. As I have a young child and another on the way it's challenging to find time to do a complete clean of my house.

Rondine came over 5 minutes earlier, made sure to get to the priority areas we wanted cleaned and was even more thorough than I expected. would recommend the company. One thing that I didn't expect but should have, was that they would be using your cleaning materials, so make sure you have everything needed (cleaning towels, soaps, etc.)

Mona had two cleaners come to to clean our entire house pre-baby. They did an excellent job and were very easy to speak to before booking, during the booking process and with all follow-up communication. Cleaners were efficient and effective and would be happy to use again.

I had a rental property that was in bad shape. The tenants were there for 6 years and had a very large dog that shed hair everywhere. I contacted Mona and they quickly called me back to assess my needs. Donna does the scheduling over there and she is fantastic to work with. They sent a crew of 2 and had my place shining within 3 hours. I liked them so much that I called them back one more time to clean other areas of that home and even set up monthly cleaning at my personal home.

Mona cleaner's Rondine did a great cleaning job. She took the time to diligently get all the hooks and crannies of our kitchen and bathroom. I was impressed by our shiny our stove after she left. Rondine was very nice and professional.

Happy with the work! I had Rondine and Rhonda as my cleaners and I am satisfied and would be happy to have them back. No real complaints, they listened to all my requests!

Roxanne did a very good job cleaning my home. I would recommend this cleaning company and will use them again. I appreciated being contacted after the cleaning to ensure everything was satisfactory.

After my cleaning lady retired, I started looking for another person/service that could match what we had before. Norie was amazing! She was friendly and wow can she clean! I'm very pleased with this cleaning company.

We were impressed from the first, as our cleaner Kadian showed up a half hour early to discuss our clean. She thoroughly cleaned our home in the allotted time and was good at asking and answering questions we had. She was good with our dog as well. We look forward to working with Kadian and Mona in the future!

I was not happy with my previous cleaning services and found Mona Cleaning thru a google search, The response was fast and professional. They asked appropriate questions and were able to schedule a cleaning within a matter of days. The price was reasonable.

Nadia came this morning for the first cleaning. A very pleasant and professional young lady. She worked hard and was extremely thorough in her cleaning. She made some reasonable suggestions for the next cleaning.

Overall, I am very satisfied and am going to continue using this service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
