Mona Home And Office Cleaning

We have been using Mona Home and Office Cleaning for many years and have been very satisfied with their consistent service. I wanted to write this review now because we are undergoing some renovations and the house has been very dusty. Patrick and Donna did an outstanding job last week cleaning our house. It was such a pleasure to come home to a clean house, without all the dust!

I have had Norie from Mona Cleaning, for over two years now, come to clean our home. She does an excellent job and is very professional. I really could not keep my five bedroom/five bathroom home clean without her Bi-Monthly cleaning. When Norie leaves after cleaning I have a big smile on my face because my house is so clean!

We have had work done on the house and have been away on trips so the house was in major need of a thorough cleaning. Mona Home and Office Cleaning did an incredible job. A team of three headed by Norie, arrived on time. They were professional, and very efficient. When I arrived home roughly two and a half hours later our home was sparkling from top to bottom. We are so pleased we will be continuing with regular cleanings. Well done ladies! .

I was originally attracted to Mona Home and Office Cleaning because they use eco-friendly scent-free products and I have a lot of allergies to scented cleaners. Since hiring them initially I’ve been very happy with that aspect of the business but I continually rehire them to clean my two bedroom condo because they do such an excellent job. They are very reasonable, skilled and easy contact.

Mona always does a great job of cleaning our two floor office building. We never have any complaints and if an issue does come up they fix it immediately. If we need to get a hold of them they are quick to respond and very available.

I had 2 cleaners (Daniel John and Donna) working on cleaning my house for the arrival of a new baby, they cleaned top to bottom for 3 hours and they did a really great job. Thank you !!

Mona Cleaning to the rescue again! I couldn't bear the bits of construction dust lingering under my feet after we started renovating our bathroom and basement. I called Mona cleaning to help as my fiancé and I run our own businesses and just don't have the time to keep up! Since I've broken my foot, I've started trying out cleaning services. With 2 young children, our house gets dirty in a hurry now. Other services leave the house with a pungent cleaning chemical smell for days, and it is important to our family to avoid VOCs. Mona's cleaning is fresh and virtually odour free. We've had Norie lead the cleaning, with assistants Monica and Patrick. All have done a superb job and we couldn't ask for more. I also like how Mona promptly sends out an email, to reschedule the next appt. This proactivity saves me time in not having to chase down the next cleaning day. Thank you Mona! You are a godsend!

With two young children, we realized we needed help keeping up with our housekeeping. We tried a private person and a different local cleaning company, but neither worked out.
After a bit of a search, we were very intrigued by Mona's commitment to natural products (which is extremely important to us), and decided to give them a try. Three months later, and we are extremely happy with how clean our home is!! Norie does a fantastic job making our home feel fresh, she's almost part of the family now!! Her attention to detail has given us hours back to spend with our kids - thank you :-))
