Super Choice Carpet & Warehouse

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience, I Had stairs done in my house and they did color mismatch . Also had carpet replaced and after installation there were stains on them. They said it will be fixed but no one came. No response after repeated attempts to call them. They are expensive and do garbage work.

The quality of work was good but have some attitude problem. I was charged for both wood and installation according to the measurements done by Super Choice. A full box of almost 20 ft was left. They refused to take the wood and issue refund. I had to keep the wood and pay for installation as well. The installer requested me to buy quarter round as he was short of it. I spent time, gas and physical effort to bring it and deducted the amount. The owner was disrespectful and instead of thanking for doing favor to him said I should not have deducted the amount. I was actually impressed by the father who runs other location who has no attitude or overcharging problem. Beware when you are dealing with Ridge way location which is all together different.

This company is a family run business and friendly. Good product. The way they laid the carpet was terrible- never really talked ahead of time about where the seams were going to go and I could have planned it better. After the job was done, they asked for the rest of the payment in cash without any warning. Great price but wouldn't go with them again.

I made several inquiries at contractors all over the GTA. But in the end was very impressed by the hosesty and profressionalisim of this store. They kept thier word and delivered a great product and completed our home as if it was thier own.

We have just had hardwood installed in our entire house and carpeting on the stairs,the process from start to finish was very professional.
The sales people knew their product,was installed when they said it would be installed,and installation was excellent.We highly recommend them.

I went to Mat King (the retail store is Super Choice Carpet & Warehouse) as I had used them to purchase and install carpet for our new home 30 years ago.
My husband and I were very satisfied then and extremely satisfied this time also with their assistance in choosing carpet for our 2 sets of circular stairs and also with the expert installation and timely installation. Couldn't be happier with our quality carpet and reasonable cost.
They also bound our leftover carpet for mats at no cost!

We had received several estimates before deciding to go with Mat King. We were working within a budget due to our large renovation. They gave us the best carpeting that was within our budget. They were very patient, most helpful and fun to deal with. Their installer was very efficient and we love our new carpeting. We had not changed our carpeting for 30 years and are so excited with our new look.
