Paul from The Duct Cleaning specialists and his assistant were fantastic. Paul displayed extreme professionalism and took the time to go through the process and explain what he was doing. He went above and beyond when he advised me on how to keep humidifier and return air filters working properly. Halfway through the job he showed me what he deemed to be not as bad ducts and made the decision not to charge me the full amount since the job wasn’t as difficult as he thought. Most others would not take the time let alone reduce the cost because the job was more of a service call than a complete job. I will be recommending Paul and his company to friends.
