They did a thorough job, used a cell phone camera to see inside the ducts and try to get everything out.
I suggested to Paul some improvements they could make to reduce the dust blowing into the house from their truck and he was very friendly. Overall they put a best effort into trying to get the dust out of the ducts and made sure to go to each one and blow it with compressed air.
