Steve and Adrian did a great job. They were both professional and personable. They had no issues with answering my questions and educated me on how a home HVAC is supposed to operate. I had just moved in after having some renos done.They discovered that the previous owner had roughed in an extra air return that was bypassing the furnace filter. They pointed out and corrected the problem for me. About an hour after they had finished.Paul, the owner,called me to follow up on how things went and inform me that the guys mistakenly forgot to apply a rebate to my bill, which he did promptly. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their ducts inspected and cleaned right the first time. The old adage of "you get what you pay" for is so true, especially these days.Don't be fooled by the $99 specials. The Duct Cleaning Specialists are the real deal.
