I was very impressed with the customer service and the work ethic. Kevin came out to our home in February when the walkway was covered in 2 feet of snow. He was patient, informative and answered my many questions with clarity and in detail. Kevin willingly made changes to the contract to ensure I felt secure with respect to the quality of the work and the warranty/guarantee. The work was completed in a professional manner and the men Kevin sent were polite and professional. The work included removal of the stamped concrete on the existing walkway, extending the porch and covering the walkway and porch with flagstones.

Kevin and the Heritage crew are true professionals. The stonework that they did at the front of our home has received numerous compliments over many years for its beauty. When the bad ice storm last year caused some minor chipping on the some of the grout, Heritage made the repairs without hesitation. I highly recommend Kevin and Heritage Stone Facing. I received several quotes to do stone facing on my porch (covered the whole porch with stone). I choose Kevin Dennison at Heritage for his professionalism right off the start. After I called him, he came to my house in short time to give me an assessment, recommendations and quote in person. He addressed all of my questions and concerns I had about doing the job. When we booked the job with Heritage, Kevin gave me a scheduled start date and completion date and stuck to it. We wanted to do a custom lay pattern and colour of the flagstone and he accomodated no problem. He and his guys were very professional throughout, very respectful of the propertly and always kept things clean. Kevin kept in communication throughout the job (before, during and after). When done, I was completely satisfied with the quality, fit and finish of the job. Kevin did not want payment until I was completed satisfied. He mentioned that if I had an issue in the future with any of the work just give him a call.
After the stone work was done, I had an issue with another trade coming in with replacing my porch columns. It messed up a few stones. Kevin made up for the shortcomings of the other trade by coming back and re-doing some of his work at no extra charge (after full payment was made). To say that I was extremely impressed and satisfied with his commitment to satisfaction would be an understatement. Kevin is a person of integrity and I highly recommend Heritage for any stone work.

After years of weeding interlock to our front walkway we wanted a maintenance free but elegant front walkway. We had mortared flagstone applied over a concrete base to the walkway, front entrance and side entrance. After receiving several quotes, we were impressed with Kevin Dennison's professionalism and design suggestions. Heritage Stone Facing arrived to start the job as scheduled and finished as scheduled. The crew treated us and our property with respect. The following year, Kevin made a follow up to ensure everything met our satisfaction. We hired Heritage Stone Facing in the summer of 2010 because our existing pattern concrete steps were a complete eye sore. We particularly specified that we wanted the problem corrected with one of the steps in particular; which was higher than the rest. This was a safety issue for us as well as esthetic. We were assured by Kevin that the problem would be corrected and he would personally oversee the work himself. Unfortunately, this did not happen. We are still left with the problem of having a step that is too high compared to the lower step. After only 4 winters, our flagstone is showing signs of much needed repair. We are having issues with cracking mortar and chipped mortar and stones heaving from the sides of the house as a result of the harsh winter that we just had. I was able to contact Kevin in late spring of this year regarding these issues, he assured me that he would make any repairs necessary since he would be in the neighborhood doing another job. I communicated with him on several occasions and eventually he sent one of his men out to begin repairs on the issues we were having. Any company worth it's salt will stand by their workmanship and commit to customer service. I wish Heritage Stone all the best and continued customer service.

After our very icy and snowy winter, when spring hit I noticed a lot of damage to our front landing and steps. Stone pieces either popped off entirely or flacked off in layers – it was a mess.

Heritage Stone Facing removed all of my existing stone on the landing and steps and completely refaced with new India square cut natural stone.

After much research, we hired Heritage Stone to do the stonework on our front walkway and porch as well as the back porch including steps. The attention to detail and level of expertise was beyond expectation and the final product and work speaks for itself. Before starting the job, they spent the time to clearly understand our expectations and provided expert options. We constantly receive compliments from our neighbours and friends and are asked for their contact information. This company originally refaced our front steps and walkway 5 years ago. This past winter did extensive damage to the stone and to the mortar joints. I called Kevin who immediately came over looked at the damage and agreed to repair it at no cost. He did a fantastic job and our front steps and walkway look like new again. Beautiful work in the time quoted. Attention to detail and great suggestions, follow through, as I had little idea of what I wanted. Enhanced stairs and covered existed small porch. Very happy with job. Competitive pricing too.
