We hired agility movers for a move last week of May and everyone from Agility Movers (Dave, Shelly, Robert, Sean, Richard) were Exceptional.
The service over the phone when booking the appointments was excellent from Dave and Shelly and it felt like a 5 start customer experience. All my questions were answered patiently and I was given useful information.
On the day of the move Robert, Sean and Richard arrived 15 minutes early and their work ethic and passion for the job was outstanding. It felt like they were moving their own belongings and not that of someone else. Having heard of so many horror stories from friends about movers it was a very pleasant experience dealing with these guys. They give you the rate and a rough estimate initially and at the end of the day cost was very close to it. They did an exceptional job of loading the truck and tightly packing things and nothing was damaged in the move, which was a first for me.
If anyone in GTA is looking to move, I would suggest them first contacting these guys.

- Try to get feedback first and never hire someone you have no clue of. My first hired some movers 2 months ago and the estimate was $500 and they forced him to sign and to pay $3000 or else they don't unload the truck. They recently got arrested for fraud I heard in the news.
