Installers arrived on time, were very courteous and did an excellent installation of the window. Work area was cleaned and no debris left. The entire installation was done in a timely manner.

I’m extremely satisfied with the quality , professionalism and craftsmanship of the crew . I can say that you will receive the quality of product and service. Kudos to all.

In the past I had use Ecoline Windows, to install all my upper windows in the living room, dining room, and bedroom. There services were always professional and positive. I do appreciate their workmanship and their passion for providing quality services. In addition, due to Covid 19, and all the restrictions that were being implemented. They finally came in on December 15th, and installed 3 more windows in the basement, and the front door. The windows and door look great.

Working with the company to resolve issues. So far they have been responsive to my concerns.

I ordered 3 windows for my basement in earlty September 2020. Ecoline promised to intall them by end of October or early November. In November received a call to schedule the installation for early December. The week before the installation I was told they had to cancel the appointment and reschedule for late January or early February. But it is not certain whether they will have an installer available. I also don't want my windows installed in the middle of winter. I inquired about installation for spring but they are not sure what things will be like even then. Inquired about a refund for my deposit, they cannot do it. Inquired about some compensation and was told they will only let me know after windows are installed to make sure I'm happy with their service. Their answer about compensation does not make sense to me. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but the sales person should have considered that as a factor before promising quick installation. I don't recommend dealing with this company.

The entire process was very professional. The sales person, installers , and service department were amazing. Our house is 1970’s engineered home. Back in the day home were built to last forever. So the installation was a tough job. The installers did an amazing job. Very pleased. Well done.

I am completely impressed with this company. They have been amazing to deal with from my initial inquiry, to the quoting process, to the finished job. They kept in constant contact as to what was happening with my order through production given the impact Covid has has on the manufacturing industry and renovation industry. The installers were extremely polite and professional never mind they did an incredible job! I highly recommend this company.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism.

Interior and exterior trim always fits perfectly and is sealed very well.

Shop around and compare build configuration and the trim stylings with other installers.

They ended up being cheaper than 4/5 quotes I was given by only 2-Pane generic window installation contractors.

My home was built in 1940, and I had a fair amount of rotted exterior trim and wood framing. The replaced all of it with new, quality framing and robust PVC and vinyl trim.

The build quality is top notch.
