The Salesman was absolutely the best. Friendly courteous and professional. There was no pressures applied at all. He discovered our wants and needs. He answered all the questions we had completely. Our ordered windows arrived in the estimated time line when we purchased.

Installation was completed by a couple of young men who were very courteous, efficient and professional. In no time at all they were completed and had cleaned up the work site.

We were so impressed by the whole process that we are now considering their line of window coverings and doors.

Needing every Window in my 2-story house replaced after 40 years I sent out a request to several window companies. Ecoline Windows impressed us the most. Their salesperson Oleg did a good presentation and brought sample windows for us to see. Their quoted price was the lowest quote we received. The company contacted us and set an install date. The day before the install they called us and advised that one of their installers had tested positive for Covid, so the installation was delayed for 2 weeks. The installers arrived at the agreed time. It took them a day and a half to install all the windows. The installation went well, and the installers cleaned up before they finished. They were very friendly and courteous. The windows look good and the fix exactly. We are happy with the quality of the Windows and the installation process. Bill and Thea

We started with quotes from several different suppliers and ecoline won our business with Serge's honesty and professional knowledge as well as the competitive rate. The order arrived with one window broken by accident but ecoline was able to re-order and install it in their 2nd visit. The installation process took 2 days for a whole house window replacement, and the triple-pane vinyl make a huge improvement on energy efficiency and noise reduction. Also need to praise their customer service for quick response on services like screen replacement Its important that someone is always taking care of you after installation, and ecoline does a great job!

This is my second time using EcoLine for window replacements. I still went and got quotes, however EcoLine was very competitive and Eli the project Manager was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. The team who installed were very professional and did an excellent job. Cleaned up completely inside and out. No mess left. I had a question and left a voice mail. They responded to me within 1/2 hour.
The quality of windows are excellent. The installers went over on how to lock the windows Etc. I am very happy with the entire team! A satisfied and very pleased customer!
