They damages are bush and said that's our problem. They are dishonest. emails was sent out advising bush would not be my responsibility. No emails were ever received.
Money has been held back until they replace the bush. They are withholding the rebate because of this. Holding rebate back was never discussed.
The AR department are rude ignorant and are clueless on how to speak with customers in a professional manner. They hung up on me.
Once the PM has sold the windows they don't care about the rest of the process.
Would not recommend this company to anybody.
