I hired Vaccumax.ca to do our duct cleaning. Very unprofessional. Hooked up his vacuum system to return line and did all the return lines just 6" below registers wherever you can see only, then, he continue to do the hot air registers without changing and hooking his vacuum line to force air side of the furnace. He blew all the dust in the house as there wasn't vacuum hooked up to those lines. Instead of feeling better, Me and my daughter were sick the next day. We are allergic to dust
He sprayed what I was told is disinfectant, which had no odor, it looked just like water to me.
When I complained about it thru their website, I received the following response;

"Yes indeed,Jesse performs this work in each house he does,daily. 11 years now. Repeat customers are plenty,unhappy customers,rare.

I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone

FIrst visit, one technician kept us busy with his personal life story, while second technician pretended wotking, everything done in less then 45min. Next day we started looking at the return vents, furnace and found out that nothing was done. Called back and asked for another crew to come. They came after one week, did the duct cleaning but no AC coil cleaning as they pretended that they are not qualified for. I called again, the Service Manager Jason, who will never return the calls and the dispatcher who hanged up the phone so we ended up paying 219.00 dollars for a job that has never been done. Please never use them or watch the crew.

The contractor was in and out quickly. He did not even bother to re-attach the panel from the furnace after he cleaned it. Did not explained the process and answer any questions. Very rush and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
