Kitchen Renovation - Bad quality and Failed Customer Service

Our kitchen cabinet (made from MDF) was first installed in October 2017. Within 12 months in October 2018, I noticed some paint bubbles on the edge of the cabinet doors. Called the office and was told that the cause was due to "excessive water damage" by us, and that this was not under warranty and I ended up paying them to repaint the doors.

In less than 2 years after the repair, in Decemeber 2020, I found more paint bubbling on the cabinet doors, including those that had been repainted in 2018! I contacted the office in Jan 2021 and again, we were told that we damaged the cabinet doors with excess water. There are a total of 30 lower cabinet doors and I6 of them have bubbling paint. More of them are away from the sink or water. I am not sure how we could possibilty do such a "damage" to our own kitchen!

I asked an independent kitchen renovation person to check on our kitchen, and was told that the bubbling paint was due to low grade material and poor workmenship. Royal Classic Kitchen does not take responsibility of their poor job. It took them 7 months to come to the conclusion that I need to pay for the repairs, it would cost $5000 to fix their bad paining job.

I am very disappointed to see the run-down kitchen so quickly given how much I had paid for the renovation. Will not recommend anyone to use their service unless you enjoying fixing/renavating your kitchen every 2 years.

Approximate cost of services:
$27,000.00
