I recently had my home inspected before I bought it. A friend referred me to Rick and his son. They were prompt, professional and so reasonably priced. He has been inspecting in the Austin area for 20 plus years and his wife does all his appointments. I had to bother them on a Sunday evening and they were so understanding and pleasant to work with.
