Prices rise annually due to Material Costs and other factors and our programs which allow Pre-Booking for the following year allow ---> Price to be locked in & ---> Ealry Season Completion at last years rate ! Since No Payments are processed until All Work is Completed there is no risk to our customers.
We do need clarity and groups that are organized, cooperative and ready such as yours was. I always do my best to mitigate any reasonable issues as we are not perfect, but we always try to do the right thing when our valued customers have a valid issue.
