Extremely professional installation and process. Very responsive company, honesty and communication beyond what you see nowadays from any companies. Highly recommend. Process was very long because we are in a newly build community and some resident dragged their feet. Alon was professional all along and Samer, the project manager also extremely responsive and professional.

Appreciate you working with us on this, and yes process was lengthy as not all neighbours were on the same page initially. This is one of the reasons as a Service Provider we have a process whereby we need certain information in order to take the next steps and one of them is consensus! In this case, we started the process a bit prematurely but certainly glad we ended up at least getting this phase of the project done sufficiently organized so we can get your group of homes done and let the rest of the neighbours decide if this is something they want to pursue separately.
Not easy with so many stakeholders, but once we get the information we need we do all we can to move the process forward in a respectful manner and ultimately it is up to Home Owners to sign off if we are to be able to organize any given project.
