I cannot express in a google review how impressed I was with Protech. Started with an online quote request through Darlene, which was answered quickly and professionally with excellent resources and useful information. The on-site quote was done safely and distanced. Showed up on time to the minute.
Through delays in appliance delivery (from a different company) and rescheduling appointments, Darlene was courteous and helpful and got us an installation appointment as soon as possible.
Jesse was our on-site technician for both quote and install. Perhaps one of the most efficient, professional, and polite journeymen I’ve ever worked with on a home project. He was accommodating to my requests for placements and went above and beyond to make the install as smooth as possible.
Their quote came in 30% below three other companies we had quotes from. Would have gladly paid the additional 30% for the quality of work and entirely positive experience.
