Removed our old hot water tank and replaced it with a new one. Graham was professional, friendly, able to work around my hectic schedule. My little boy kept following him around and he was so kind and patient with him.

We left Graham and his team with our house keys and went away on vacation. We came back 10 days later, the work was done except for a bit of clean up that they did the next day. It was completed 3 days ahead of schedule and over Christmas - a great team of people that we have no hesitation in recommending - a fantastic job, Thanks to all of you at Urban Piping.

We like in the okanagan and our tenants had called in our property in Calgary. We were very impressed with the office staff. Graham showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion and the bill was as quoted. Grhame and his helper showed up in the morning as they said they would and removed our old broken toilet and installed a brand new low flush unit with everything included in the price.They even took the old one away and left the house cleaner then when they started.I have recommended Urban Piping to all my friends for anything plumbing

I was pleased that Urban Plumbing could come up to replace my hot water tank and did so at a very competitive cost. Only one company had a lower cost and they failed to show up or contact me when the job was supposed to be done. Urban did not use the cheapest hot water tank, it was a fairly good model considering the price. They came up the day after I contacted them and I have had zero problems with the work done since then. What more does a person want?
