A Plus installed a new air conditioner, humidifier and tankless water heater in our home on Monday, Nov. 25. Qais & John did the job. They worked all day and into the night. Everything was done beautifully. The work area was left clean. The guys were super polite and professional. Many nice little touches, like color-coded pipes. They took the time to explain everything.

In our 17 years in this house, A Plus delivered the best service experience we've had. Even the big jobs we've had, like roof and windows, were not as well done.

Our sales representative Pete was very knowledgeable and experienced. He came to our home on the installation day and made sure the installation crew was clear on the scope of work and our personal concerns..
The installation crew made sure our special concerns were respected. They were neat, tidy and stayed late to complete the job in one day. The technician took the time to clearly explain how to use and maintain the new system. From start to finish a very positive experience.

My house was in need of a new Central Air and Furnace. Came back from vacation and found out Air Conditioner has quit. I called a few local Companies, 2 of them came and gave me quotes, but not satisfactory answers to my questions. Then I contacted Said from A Plus Air Services. He was very helpful over the phone and visited my house very next day. I was very impressed the way he answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a couple of quotes for various models. He educated me how to select the best suitable Furnace and Central Air, Also suggested me to replace the Water Heater at the same time, as it was of the same age of other units. His prices were very competitive and lower than others.
Within 2 days he sent the Techs to install them. The Installation Crew was simply amazing. Very Knowledgeable and very meticulous. Mark and his co worker Johnathan, both worked in my house, and installed all the Units very professionally.
My experience , right from meeting Said, and job finished by Mark, has been above expectations. I would highly recommend Said and his Team for any HVAC requirements. I have a Highly efficient Modulating Furnace and very efficient Air Conditioner, and a Water Heater.

I would definetely recommend this company. I had someone that was supposed to install an air conditioner and kept on prolonging, it was 84 in the home and hardwood were beimg installed and i was leVing for the cottage that day, i was on a tigjt tome frame. I called Said, he came at 9:00 am and the install started at 12:00...finished at 3:00. They were professional, clean, respespectful. I asked questions regarding the unit. 10 year warrenty on parts, compressor and coil. The service guy said he takes his time so that things are done right, he didn't want to come back, lol and wanted the customer happy.

I was able to head to the cottage with my family and worry free.

Awesome installation performed by Farid and Jag of A Plus Air Systems. After years of living with inadequate window a/c units we finally opted to install a 3 header ductless a/c system in our condo.
The A Plus team completed the job in 1.5 days and it looks great! Now bring on the heat so we can put this baby to work.

A Plus has been doing our servicing, so when we needed our boiler exhaust moved, we hired them to come and do the job. They were prompt in coming to quote and do the work. In my initial review, I had noted that we weren’t satisfied with the workmanship. As soon as this became known to the company, they reached out to us to rectify any issues and concerns. Another visit was scheduled four days later, they fixed the previous work, and even took before and after pictures. Incredible professionalism. Thank you! We are very happy.

I have dealt with this company several times. They recommended the Napoleon Ultimate 9700 furnace with UV light over Trane since it has a great warranty and is Made In Canada and also paired with a Trane XL16i AC. I also added a Honeywell electric air cleaner.

Farid and Raj did a fantastic job with the installation. Very clean and organized. Tested the system and it is sooooo quite compared to my old one.

This company was referred to us when our furnace needed replacing. The sales rep did a great job explaining various products and the installers did an outstanding job. I was so pleased that I inquired about addition services needed for my basement reno which was under way. ONCE AGAIN very pleased with the service I received. They added heat registers, moved gas lines and installed an additional gas line. Quick and clean and very mindful of my home so would definitely recommend!

This was the 2nd time we had Carbon monoxide leakage since 2013 due to incorrect installation and venting of a tankless water unit by Reliance Home Comfort.

On Tuesday Nov.20th.2018 as promised Enercare Installers showed up on time and worked through the day and restored our heating and hot water.
