Aziz the Service Technician and Apprentership were on-site performing an Annual Maintenance on my 2008 Trane Furnace and 2008 Navian Tankless Hotwater. They were very diligent and courtesy. Aziz has been servicing my furnace since day one and he is awesome. Keep up the Great Work.

Extremely professional company with a keen sense of customer service. All work was explained prior to execution and worked very well within timelines. Technicians were extremely knowledgeable and worked in an organized and tidy manner.

Irfan, the HVAC consultant, was very knowledgeable and helped us select the properly sized HVAC system for our needs. He explained clearly all the installation details and system and pricing options, and followed-up to check the installation. The installation team arrived on time and did a great job. So far we are very happy with the equipment installed (Trane furnace and AC), it is very quiet and the temperature is even throughout the house.

The install crew were very courteous and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves no mess left . I would definitely have them again, and recommend to my family and friends. A very big thank you to A Plus Air Systems

A Plus installed an air conditioner for me recently. A Plus had changed my outlook on what great customer service really is. From the specialist who provided me with information about the different air conditioners, the representative who thoroughly explained all the detail of the contract and to the technician who installed my equipment, everything was handled in a caring and professional manner. I must say, during the whole experience it really did feel as if they were always keeping my best interest in-mind. A Plus really know what they are doing when it comes to providing great customer service. I myself work in construction and the client service that they showed from the reps to the workmanship that the technicians showed. I would recommend A Plus to everyone. I got several quotes before I chose A Plus Air Systems. I went with them because all the prices were similar, but the salesman seemed more professional. The installers were very nice and did a good job.

We found this company through Home Depot. We went with them because of the offer of 18 months interest free payments. It was an attractive deal, as their price was in line with other quotes we received. The job was done on time but the finishing touches were disappointing. They left several vents open which we had to seal off ourselves. There was some sloppiness with the job , scratched pipes and some liquid spilled and left. The pipes vented to the outside were awkward placed so I had them come back and reconfigure it. That part was well done.

I bought this Furnace and the humidifier from Home Depot.. A plus Air Systems were the registered contractors who did the job. No doubt these guys were very professional and experienced. This furnace is so quiet and efficient. Irfan the sales consultant who recomended me this model as I had some issues in the heating of my bedroom upstairs. This unit is pretty powerful but very silent. I dont have any hot and cold spots in my house now. Thanks irfan. Not all sales guys are honest and sincere as you are. Will definitely recommend you to my family and friends
