A Plus Air Systems Inc.

A Plus installed our furnace and A/C in November 2015. While on site, the gentleman were very nice and seemed skilled in their trade. However, after being away travelling over the holidays, we came home and noticed out basement floor (carpeted) was soaking wet. The source of this leakage was because the intallers did not connect the condensation pipe of the furnace to any drainage system (in our case it was our sum-pump). The technicians did inquire or check about drainage and simply let the pipe drip all over our basement causing all of our floors to damage.
After calling them, the technician came and fixed the problem and did say he was at fault.
Their manager, Steve - did not apologize or offer any help to my wife and I. In fact, he did not even register the issue with Home Depot as he was supposed to. And he even told me that I should've told/showed the technicians where to connect the pipes! We hire them because they are professionals and they should be asking appropriate questions of the client. I don't even know anything about how a furnace is installed.
Our basement floors are ruined and we have no help from A plus. And they could care less. Their lack of professionalism is astounding and i would never hire them for a job again.
