I would highly recommend Road Runner bins! Super customer service and all around a great company. The bins are well maintained and when placed on your driveway they take great care by placing wood blocks down to ensure no damage. Neil and Doris will take care of your every need. I will only ever use Road Runner bins!

When I first opened my business I tried many bin companies...Bin there Dump that, and many others, they were unprofessional, didn't arrive on time, and damaged driveways.etc... then I found Neil and his company, and I gave him a shot as I did most the others...He surprised me very much, in a sense as he ALWAYS puts wood under his bins as it doesn't damage the driveways, he's always on time...(ALWAYS) and what set him apart from all others is when he picks up my bin when the job is finished, he scoops up the bin and then he gets out of his truck (rain or shine) and sweeps where the bin was...this is crucial to my company as I am a roofer and a nail or two may bounce under the bin without my knowing but he takes care of it all...I will only use Roadrunner Bins from now on...its been 3 years and I wont call anyone else. thanks Neil

We had to clear out an elderly relative's house and after going through a number of listings, I called a couple of bin rental places. In the end we decided to go with Roadrunners because in every contact we had with them, they were professional, pleasant and responsive. I even requested that they drop off the bin as early as possible and they accommodated my request. It's true that there were other companies offering lower bin rental rates, but going with a professional company like this made the entire transaction smooth and hassle-free, especially since this was our first time hiring a bin. So thanks Neil and Doris for making this a pleasant experience for us!

We ordered a 16 yard waste bin from Roadrunner Bins for a shed renovation and general clean up project. From the initial phone call to this company to final close out correspondence we were extremely pleased with the service we received. All our questions were answered clearly up front, the bin arrived on time and was placed precisely where requested (despite no one being home), driveway was well protected and pamphlet was left at our door with well written instructions. The bin was picked up exactly when agreed upon and invoice was generated shortly thereafter based on combination of predetermined fee plus waste disposal ticket. Based on my experience with this company I will use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

This is my second time using Roadrunner Bins Inc. and they continue to impress with friendly and outstanding one on one customer service. There aren't many occasions where one feels totally and completely satisfied when spending money these days, Roadrunner is the exception. I gave them a 10/10 and highly recommend them.

Thank goodness for reviews, led me to choose Roadrunner for bin to clear out old decking/household goods. The customer service team is excellent, assisted with choosing right size bin with great options for arranging delivery/pickup, along with precise quoting/estimate for dumping. The driver was very courteous and arrived at expected time for pickup and removal. The ensure bin is dropped without damage to driveway. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

From beginning to end, Roadrunner was excellent to deal with.
Ordered a bin only a few days in advance - no problem.
I asked that the bin be dropped off at 7:30am on Thanksgiving Monday (a Holiday!) - no problem.
I asked to have the bin picked up the following day - no problem.
I paid EXACTLY what I was told I would pay with no hidden fees - no problem.
I received an emailed and very detailed receipt complete with proof of disposal - no problem.

I WILL use RBI again on my next reno project and would not hesitate in recommending to others. Other Home Star contractors/companies could learn a thing or two about customer service from RBI.

I called Roadrunner Bins for a last minute rental before a long weekend; to my dismay they did not have any bins at the time, but only moments later I got a call back and they had secured a bin for me. I could not be any happier. The bin was delivered first thing Saturday morning - the driver took care to put blocks under the bin, and was careful to avoid damage to the tree next to the driveway. When I called with a question they were incredibly helpful and friendly.

10/10 would bin again.

There are many disposal companies around Toronto but finding one that is reliable, honest and perhaps still in business is a bit of a challenge. I called Roadrunner bins and immediately received a professional bin size recommendation as per the work I was doing, quote and a detailed explanation on how everything works. Within two days my bin was delivered and placed on the driveway carefully with wood underneath as to not scratch it. Pickup was a breeze after one quick phone call confirming the date and time and the driveway looked as if nothing was ever there! I highly recommend Roadrunner bins!!!

From start to finish, I could not be happier with Roadrunner. Doris asked all the right questions to make sure we got the right bin and Neil's delivery and pick up were spot on!
Will definitely use them again and have given out their info over half a dozen times already!
