A window handle broke on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon it was fixed (old one removed and a new one installed) by WindowFix.ca. I could have not done this as the handle broke in a closed position and I could not access it from outside. This was fixed expeditiously and professionally. At my request, another window handle that was getting hard to open was also replaced at the same time. I warmly recommend WindowFix.ca for any issues you may run into with your windows.

This company is truly remarkable. From initial estimate to work complete, everything is upfront clear. The price is fair and the work done beautifully. I am very pleased with the entire process. They did excellent job.
I used their online quote system to start with, then had call with Jason. He is very easy to talk to and patiently taught me how to do measure the windows and explained the estimation details based on my measurement.
Once I decided to go ahead, Matthew came to do the professional measurement and about two weeks later he came again for the window and crank replacement. He is a such pleasant responsible guy, he called ahead to notify me his arrival time. He did very great job on the replacement and cleaned the area after window glass installed. Thank you Matthew!

11 out of 10 stars in my opinion. So great to find this company as all we needed was new sealed glass in 1 window frame, 2 panes of glass. The work was completed within a week. Decent people, hard-working, know their business and kept us informed all the way. The cost was reasonable.

There are two aspects to the quality of service provided by Windowfix.ca:
1. the quality of customer support from the Windowfix office
2. the quality of the actual window re-caulking work.

Let me start with the work quality:
as I understand it, Windowfix contracts out the actual re-caulking work to selected independent work teams. The re-caulking done on our home by Brian, Gord and Eddy was great. These gentlemen were most courteous and highly professional. They removed the old caulking, replaced it with caulking of the appropriate color and cleaned all residual material debris. The new seals look perfect. Their work earns a clean 5 stars!

The customer support from the Windowfix office was a different story. There were a number of delays in getting the work done, some of which were legitimate and due to the weather, some of which stemmed from poor planning. Various reasons were given for non-weather-related delays. The most egregious excuse was a concocted story that the workers came by our house and did not have a 40' ladder to carry out the work, and the work had to be postponed again. The work did not require a 40' ladder! Can you imagine a window-caulking team driving around without a ladder? This fabricated excuse was insulting! In addition, the office did not instruct the workers on the requested caulking color, although I had sent a photo showing the windows to be repaired and the required color. The workers (Brian, Gord and Eddy) were surprised by the absence of color information from the office and made every effort to secure the appropriately-colored caulking from a nearby store. I was highly impressed with these gentlemen's commitment to high quality work!

The performance of the Windowfix office left much to be desired. In my view, the poor performance has compromised the otherwise good name of the company. This performance gets only 2 stars......to give an average of about 4 stars for the whole experience.

I noticed my windows would drip after a heavy rain fall. I called Sarah and she explained to me what the problem was. I hired them to re-caulk my exterior windows.

The technician came and worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and even recaulked my vents. The caulk was tooled to perfection. Who knew caulking could look so nice? The work was much better than the ugly, grey stuff the builders use.

This work was done last year and I haven't had any leaks since.

I'll use them again to re-caulk my garage door.

The process was simple and straightforward. I got my online quote, they came and confirmed measurement, and came back when the glass was ready to install it. Everything was done as described, I was very satisfied with the experience.

Sarah, the owner was so easy to deal with. From the time I contacted her, she was able to schedule me in a day. Two very polite, professional young men came do the repairs on time. They were very thorough and replaced a hinge and crank on two of my windows and gave me quotes on other possible changes later on. Provided me with a quote via email on the spot as well as an electronic receipt. It was nice to see young tradesman who take pride in their work. Thank you to Mansel and Mathew!
