Mario and his crew were very helpful and got the job done in about four days. Would definitely recommend them, their work and pricing worked for us. Compared to other companies of similar rating their pricing was by far the best.

Mario had his crew come in between April 23 2012 to April 28, 2012. Mario at MMT was very professional and honest when he came to my property to provide me with a quote. He took his time to examine all the walls to see if there was any moisture. I also remember Mario getting on his hands and knees on my dirty floor to remove the nose from the baseboard to see if there was any molding. He did not try to over sell or pressure me either - I would have known because I already knew which walls were damaged based on my previous observations, knowledge and other quotes I received from other contractors. Overall, a wonderful job! There was also no damage to any landscape as well. The perimeter of the house was also cleaned up completely. Fantastic price, fantastic service! I couldn't believe the quote I received from MMT. They were thorough, professional, and hard working. It's been a couple of years since the crack was fixed and I have not had any problems since. I recommended them to a friend who had already received several quotes from other companies. MMT blew the rest of them out of the water and he ended up hiring them. Good, honest work. There is truly nothing better!

I had problem with water penetrating through the walls. MMT was recommended to me by a friend who had a similar project completed with them in the past. Mario (MMT) came and identified the problem and suggested to waterproof only 12ft along the problematic area. They spent time to explain what was happening that how they intended to correct it.
The price was competitive and job was done within one day and they did not leave a mess behind.

Bought an older house (1915) off the Danforth, and within 3 months had a number of floods from the front of the house. All basement walls were constantly damp, and a large dehumidifier did not help. We had several people come in and quote, but but Mario not only had the best pricing but seemed to take the most time to explain options and answer any questions. Mario seemed like an honest guy and very knowledgeable. I'm happy to say I wasn't disappointed. Although Mario wasn't present during most the job (although he could always be reached and would come over if there was anything to discuss), his crew were extremely good. They worked hard and made sure to minimize the mess while they worked and did an excellent job cleaning up. It's been a number of months since the work has been done and we haven't had any water get into the basement (even after the terrible rains in December). The basement walls that previously were permanently damp are now dry. It may not have been something that we wanted to spend money on, but thanks to MMT I feel confident that a leaky damp basement is not going to be an issue we have anymore....also would like to mention that our attached neighbours ended up using MMT as well for their waterproofing and have been very pleased.

We're really satisfied with the job that was done. Mario explained the scope of the work and what needed to be done.This included breaking and disposing the concrete around the perimiter of the house, digging around the perimiter of the house by hand, fixing any foundation issue, replacing the weeping tile, applying the waterproofing membrane and removing excess soil. To date, there's no water in our basement and the musty smell is gone. The crew also did an amazing job of cleaning up the jobsite. Given the amount of work done and the price that they charged, we think it was a great deal.

We moved into a house that had been renovated and had an addition built by a well-known builder that has worked on many homes in Olde Oakville. Because of their shoddy work not constructing the foundation, barrier and weeping tile to code, we had water leaking into our basement where the old foundation met the new in both the front and back of the house.

We called MMT to investigate the problem and provide us with a quote. Just the amount of time they took to try and identify the root cause of the problem impressed us enough and we hired them after a reasonable quote and excellent reviews. They did not disappoint. The crew worked so hard to remedy the problem, and always checked with us before they had to do anything differently. They also helped us confirm that the builder did not follow building code during construction, which we were able to capture with some photos. MMT did an excellent job, and we would trust them again to work on our home.

These guys were excellent: prompt, organized, polite and great communicators.

They were very honest about the scope of work that was needed on our house, built 1910. They didn't try upsell me, though they could have!

They taped off the work area carefully, kept the site orderly, and cleaned up very well when they were done.

A contractor friend assessed their workmanship as being A1 quality.

They were also extremely competitive on price.

We asked one other company to give us a quote beside MMT, The big difference between their estimations was Mario was really detail oriented and looking carefully around the foundation and showed me some cracks that I didn't notice and explained all the details about the way they do waterproofing professionally.

We hired Mario for doing the waterproofing one side of the house He and his crew showed up on time as they promised and worked so hard despite of hot weather outside. They worked so hard and finished the job as they estimated.
