I had water seeping throuth the foundations after major storms in Toronto. I called MMT and Mario came by to assess the situation. He covered two options and outline the advantages and disadvantages of each. We decided to repair the outside wall. The crew came the following month. They were able to remove the patio stone, hand excavate the area, repair and treat the wall, replace the weeping tile, and backfill the area and place the patio stone all in one day. The work area was left clean and neat.

Mario and his team are extreamly professional, on-time and organized. They take the time to explain every detail and answer all your questions. To top all of that the team would send me progress photos while I was at work.

Mario was clear about what needed to be done, explained how the scope of the work might evolve, was pretty easy to reach, and the work was done reasonably close to schedule (this kind of work is informed by seasonal factors like rain delays).

Mario was neither the least nor the most expensive of the prices we were given. We gave him the work as he seemed attentive and during the evaluation process was quite thorough. He was also up front in advising that, depending on the configuration of our foundation (old Toronto house) it might be more of less - subject to how deep they had to go to complete the work.

Mario and his team are professional, thorough, and really care about making their clients happy. From the initial visit, through the 3-day job and making sure we were happy with all aspects of the work, and then being in touch with us afterwards when we had questions, Mario was helpful, responsive, and showed us he really cared about the quality of his work. I couldn't recommend these guys more.
