MMT Waterproofing

I looked up the highest rated basement waterproofing companies here on homestars. Ended up receiving quotes from 5 of them to do exterior waterproofing. The price range was pretty large, but they all seem to use a very similar process of applying 6 or 7 (can't recall exactly) coats of waterproofing tech and most of them provide a guarantee.

Mario listened to my concerns about my property, presented thoughtful options, and gave me a very competitive quote. MMT was the only one of the companies I contacted which also offered one free re-grading at some point in the future. This, along with Mario's attention to detail when considering and explaining the work his team would have to do, was why I ultimately chose MMT over all of the other companies I got quotes from.

The work was completed with care and in a timely manner. The communication during the process was very clear. MMT made sure to be part of the city's inspection process and the inspector was happy with the work. After completion, I received a detailed report showing progress pictures.

A few weeks after the work was done, I thought I noticed a small potential problem. I called MMT and they were quick to come and check it out. It ended up being a non-issue, but I very much appreciate that MMT followed up and cared that the final outcome of their work was satisfactory.
