They completed the external waterproofing for us towards the end of 2021. The men are very hard workers and very professional. They cleaned up every day. The communication by Mario and his uncle is excellent. They showed up at the time it was scheduled. MMT also offers 1 free regrading, which will happen this year for us, as the waterproofing was done close to winter and the ground settles over time.
