Does poor installs then charges "labour costs" to come back and fix their errors a few months later.

Also charges for problem diagnosis but they don't actually find nor fix the problem. Water boiler company tells them to check the CO2 levels. But the owner says they lack tools to check the CO2 levels so they wont help anymore despite us already paying them.

Service is good, price is reasonable. Brian and Leo came on time during two visits separately. Nice people, dependable. I highly recommend this company.

Brian's company installed a complete HVAC system in my house renovation in 2018, including new furnace and HWT and all the ducting and exhausting systems.
A few weeks ago I began to smell gas in my mechanical room and called Enbridge to inspect that. The inspector found a gas leaking from the gas controller of the the HWT. He then shut off the gas supply valve leading to the HWT and required that the controller be replaced.
Since this was part of Brian's installations I called and texted Brian many times, informing him about this emergency situation and the fact that I have no hot water in the house.
Its been weeks since then and I never heard back from Brian.
Cant be less reliable than that.

My old hot water tank wasn't leaking but my insurance company required replacement as it was more than 12 years old. Brian and his team were very responsive, quick and professional throughout the quotation and installation process. I highly recommend their services.

I had a high effiency hot water tank heater installed at my house by Mandarin Heating and Cooling Inc.

The vent pipe was installed resting on the floor joist and Ductwork. Since we moved into the house we notice noises in the ductwork that were not normal. I reached out to Brian and mentioned how I was unhappy with the work completed.

Also, the vent pipe on the exterior was installed with recycle fitting without a screen.

The work is still pending to be fixed since Feb 2018.

I was very happy with Brian's work done for me in 2014, so I called him in again this summer. Brian provided the best design and price for the work that needed to be done. Because of the difficulties to install additional gas heating ducts to the top floor to replace electrical heaters, Brian's team had to work with other contractors to meet HVAC codes and make the finishes look nice, Brian had to send his team members to come back a few times to make adjustments.
