The company was able to install a new AC unit within 3 days of my initial call during the heat wave near the end of July. The installed it without any incidents on a Friday and I waited for the cool air to start. On Saturday, nothing! I called the company and Shaun, the owner put me in touch with the 2 men who installed it for him. We played phone tag and I was texted instructions on how to troubleshoot the problem. I did as I was instructed to no avail., still boiling in our house. My Sunday evening I was upset, Shaun the owner was away for the weekend and texted to let me know he would personally be by Monday to see what was going on. The 2 employees were somewhat trying to pin the problem on our ducts/house. Shaun never did this, he came over Monday and personally fixed the problem: the fluids were correctly measured thus the problem. Alas, by Monday afternoon I had AC. The owner was great, the 2 employees were nice when installing but not great with service afterwards. Would I use them again, I'm still thinking about it, likely yes as Shaun was great, but I would request him personally to do the job.
